First off, I’d like to introduce myself very briefly:
I’m Tomi Mester, the author of the Data36.com blog.
Ever since I started working, I’ve been an Online Data Analyst. I’ve worked for several startup companies - the two famous ones are Prezi and iZettle. I’ve also spent a few years doing freelancing and consulting. During those years I worked with a lot of e-commerce businesses and with smaller, early-phase online startups.
Because I enjoy it, I still spend about half of my time working as a data analyst. During the other half of my time I produce educational content on Data36.com, like this video course. I also write articles, do youtube videos - sometimes podcasts and live webinars as well. Very occasionally, I also organize 1 and 2-day data workshops across Europe.
On a personal level, I really enjoy learning about different cultures - I’m originally from Budapest, Hungary, and I’m currently living in Stockholm, Sweden, but you can find me quite regularly in Barcelona, Spain as well. I really do appreciate the internet and the online world that makes my two passions - working with data and traveling - compatible with each other.
If you want to reach out to me - you can send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org or you can tweet me at data36_com! (“data36 underscore com”)
